How We Support Clients
The Metzenbaum Foundation supports our clients with over $30,000 in grants each year. Quarterly, funds are awarded to individuals with developmental disabilities and are sponsored by employees of the Geauga County Board of DD.
The Metzenbaum Foundation Board of Trustees has identified priority areas to direct grant dollars with the goal of creating significant impact to our clients:
- Adaptive Equipment
- Adaptive Housing Modifications
- Personal Care
- Respite Care
- Unfunded Medical Treatment
- Therapy
- Transportation
